Black Sage Honey

Description

Black Sage honey is derived from the nectar of the black sage plant, a wild desert plant native to California.  It is rare and an exceptionally sought-after honey, as the conditions for it to bloom and produce nectar are specific and not always met.  A very thick, very light-colored honey with a mild sweet, fruity or floral note.  This just might be our new favorite!
