Tupelo Honey

Description

Florida Tupelo: liquid gold of the southern swamplands. Renowned by honey connoisseurs, immortalized by Van Morrison, and nearly impervious to crystallization. Tupelo Honey is very mild, smooth and light amber in color with a complex floral taste. The Tupelo bloom lasts only 2-3 weeks and requires a skillful beekeeper to collect the honey.

We meet beekeepers wherever we go and seek out interesting and different varieties to bring to you.  We are selective in where we get our honey to assure it is all raw natural, never heated and pure.
