This complex honey is naturally layered with the unique flora of the Southwest Arizona Desert reflecting the hearty flavor of mesquite wood, the delicate blooms of cacti and wildflowers.  A lovely thick texture with a caramel flavor.  Enjoy eating right off the spoon or drizzle over ice cream.

We meet beekeepers wherever we go and seek out interesting and different varieties to bring to you.  We are selective in where we get our honey to assure it is all raw natural, never heated and pure.
